We want you to have a pleasurable experience when you buy our marmalades and jams. If there is any problem, please contact us immediately: mary@marysmarmalade.co.uk

Ordering
Once you have put through an order and processing has begun, it cannot be changed. Make sure you have the correct address and order information. 

Price
The prices you see on the website are the prices you will be charged.

Quality
All our jars are checked before being sent out. If, when they arrive, you feel there’s a problem with the jars or packaging, contact us immediately. Risk passes to you, the buyer, on delivery, so we cannot accept responsibility for damage or deterioration if we are not told at once. Nor are we responsible for quality loss due to parcels left unopened, incorrect addresses, weather-induced delays or gifts where the recipient is not there to receive them.

Title
Until full payment has been received, Mary’s Marmalade and Conserves retains all rights to ownership and possession of the jams.

Delivery and returns
Jam orders will be processed promptly. 
Jams ordered for the UK are sent by Royal Mail second class, taking about four days. The cost will be automatically added to your invoice.
To send jams outside the UK, please contact us. 
We will exchange damaged or defective jam if we are told immediately and you send a photo. 
If a delivery is delayed beyond a week, let us know and we will take it up with Royal Mail.

Payment
We accept payment from Stripe and Paypal. The system ensures that your information remains totally confidential.
Payment is taken when you place an order. You will receive confirmation of the order and your payment. If this doesn’t happen, your order has not gone through.

Cancellation
We can only accept a cancellation if we hear from you before the order is processed. 
Mary’s Marmalade and Conserves reserves the right not to accept or to cancel an accepted order without penalty.
